Any Isolde Lavender customer has the possibility to return products, without any reason, within 30 days of purchase.

Return conditions

• In order to return the products the Buyer is obliged to notify isoldelavender.ro by a written notification by email (info@isoldelavender.ro).
• If the products such as floral water, essential oil, candles, etc. are not received in the same condition in which they were delivered, isoldelavender.ro will not return the products. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products have been delivered means that the products have been unsealed and cannot be returned to isoldelavender.ro and cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal by the Buyer.
• The package must be returned by any national courier (we do not accept returns with Posta Romana).
• The return shipping is paid by the customer.
• The return is made to the address Str. Calea Unirii, nr. 177, et 2, ap 22, Craiova

Reduction in the value of the returned goods

• We understand that in the online environment the Buyer does not have the possibility to check the goods before purchasing the product, therefore we wish to inform you that, in order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, the Buyer must handle the product in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a physical store.
• In the case of vaporizers and containers offered for sale on our website – the product must be saleable. In case the product has been used/ unsealed/ mishandled, according to law 249/2015 – amended by Emergency Ordinance No. 74/2018, and GEO 34 of 2014, art. 59 point 3 , the Seller has the right to retain a percentage of the product’s value.
• If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal after having used the Goods (the products are unsealed/ misused/ mishandled), the Buyer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the Goods. To be more explicit, from the total price of the returned Goods, the Seller will retain an amount of money representing the diminution in value of the Goods in the proportion of 40%-60% of the initial value of the Goods, as the case may be. The amount of the diminution fee will be communicated to the Buyer upon receipt of the returned Goods. The Seller shall return this amount to the bank account provided by the Buyer within 7 days from the date on which this fact was made known.

RETURN OF GOODS

Products may be returned in accordance with O.U.G. number 43/2014 within 30 days without penalty or any reason.

isoldelavender.ro offers you, regardless of legal regulations, the possibility to return products within 10 calendar days via the e-mail address info@isoldelavender.ro. In this case, the products that cannot be returned are: unsealed products or products with signs of wear.

To return you must send an email to info@isoldelavender.ro stating your intention to return. The products will then be sent by courier to the address Str. Calea Unirii, nr. 177, et 2, ap 22, Craiova together with all the documents that accompanied the order. The cost of transport will be borne by you. The financial part will be refunded or reimbursed to the account where the order was placed.
